I was wondering if the job market is bad right now because of the economy or if I’m just having bad luck? I live in San Jose which is just south of San Francisco.

How can I travel from San Jose to San Francisco early on a Sunday morning without driving?

carnivoremonkey asked:

I need to get from San Jose to north SF by 9:30 AM on a Sunday, and won’t be able to drive there. Unfortunately, the earliest Caltrain on Sunday doesn’t get to the SF station until 9:36 AM, and it’ll take over an additional half an hour for me to ride the bus from the station to my destination. Is there a quicker/less costly/more convenient way for me to get from San Jose to San Francisco on time than to ride a bus all the way? Thanks!

kaybrenn asked:

I would love to drive up to San Fran’s fisherman’s warf to get some, but my car can’t handle San Francisco. Anything right in/around San Jose that sells good salt water taffy?
I can’t order it online because I’ll be moving back to my parent’s house over Christmas break, starting Thursday, and the person I’m getting it for tends to always get the mail/packages.

I want to propose to my girlfriend at a upscale, romantic Chinese restaurant. I hope someone has some suggestions. The restaurant could be anywhere from San Francisco to San Jose, but it has to be a romantic setting. Thanks for the help!

I can drive from Heilbronn to Stuttgart, or Strabbourg or Frankfurt then fly to San Francisco or San Jose. I heard there is a non-stop flight from Frankfurt to SF but I need more driving. I am not sure which way is the fastest. Thank you.

Sloth asked:

I’m from San Jose, CA and I’m a big fan of the bay area. My favorite cities are San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Campbell, and Fremont (all in the bay area). I like places that are multi-cultured and diverse, have a good night/party life, and generally have friendly people. Sorry that the information isn’t enough, but I’m pressed for time. Let me know what recommendations you can give. Thanks!

What is the commute like from South San Jose to San Francisco?

Sabrina asked:

Hey all! I am thinking of moving from Los Angeles to San Francisco and want to know what a commute is like from San Jose to San Francisco. I am from San Jose, so I will move back home until I figure out which areas of SF I really like and would like to live in. If anyone does this commute please let me know if Bart or Cal-Train is better and how long it takes. Thanks! Also any advice on the city would be great too.
